App won’t open and operate on my iPad - worked a bit more and now it works, apparently

As far as I know it’s only the Washington Post - I opened the app and only the white page and icon and title show =- it never goes to content -= all other apps work on the iPad - I deleted the app and quit all apps and reboot the iPad Pro and reinstalled the app = and while it opens that’s all it does == it has the icon and its phrase but that’s all and nothing else opens up

Well - tried a few more times and now it works = not sure what happened but all is fine now = tried to delete this Q and couldn’t figure out how so apologies
