Finding available software

No new software available.

2.After downloading the update from here: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/macos-sonoma/id6450717509 we are receiving 14.4 update

Please advise what else can be done in this case.

Sorry but the link you have provided does open the Apple Apps Store

If you look at Screen Shot below, you will see it is offering Sonoma 14.5

Why you are getting version 14.4 is beyond me

If this still does nor work on your computer ?

Use the Terminal command below

Suggest you Copy and Paste into Terminal

Press the return key

➡️ softwareupdate --fetch-full-installer --full-installer-version 14.5 ⬅️

This will download the FULL VERSION ( 12.xx GB ) and create a new application called " Install Sonoma Application " in the Applications folder

When ready, launch the Installer like any other application and follow the prompts

Try:

Restart in Safe Mode > System Preferences > General > Software Updates > enable automatic updates. See if this prompts an update.

If already enabled click on the (i) and turn off Check For Updates, then turn it on again along with the other items in the list. Restart and see if the update is shown.

Start now and open an Apple Support Ticket as they are PAID  Apple Employees to deal will these types of issues

There is a Problem with your Terminal Profile which you will have to Fix

If Fixing the Terminal Profits does not work

Again, we go back to a previous posting where the Apple Apps Store only offers the latest Sonoma 14.5
