Apple Sleep - "deep sleep" inaccurate data

I've been tracking sleep data for years using AppleWatch and 3 different APPS: AutoSleep, Apple Sleep, and Pillow. All of the "sleep stage"s or "sleep analysis" data is similar between the 3 apps, expect DEEP SLEEP.

Apple SLEEP has to be WAY OFF and very inaccurate. I can get a fabulous sleep with:

AUTOSLEEP's Sleep Analysis score for deep sleep being off the charts at 47%;

PILLOW's deep sleep data score at 23%, which is within the goal range; and

APPLE SLEEP deep sleep score at only 7% . . . these scores are very consistent every night. I don't know why the Apple Sleep APP is always ridiculously low. I wish Apple would respond.

I have noticed this too. In my case, Apple Sleep stopped recording Deep Sleep after midnight, although the 3rd party app AutoSleep and Apple Sleep worked perfectly together for years, always having shown the same data.

If I checked the watch in the morning, AutoSleep had recorded Depp Sleep during the night, but as sonn as the data had been synced to the Health App on the iPhone, the rings that used to be green changed to yellow and I got less than 40min registered. AutoSleep also reduced the results according to the Health App after syncing.

As a workaround I have disabled the Sleep Schedule in Apple Sleep and use only the 3rd party app to record the sleep data. And the results are back to normal again.

I hope that watchOS 11 will fix this somehow.

Unpairing the watch, restarting the iPhone and connecting the watch again may help.
