I am trying to export files names list and the date modified from the finder window to any other window that enables me to print it as it shows listed on finder

What you describe can be done with a scripting approach where the result is written to a file and then printed but not with Finder itself. It can be done in three lines of code including sorting and formatting the output.
Sample output from an Image folder on my Desktop:
Print Window 5 or Nifty File Lists will do the job just fine. I have been using them for many years to make file lists.
