All of my playlists missing

I removed the apple music app from my phone for a couple of days and now when I redownloaded my profile picture is still there but all of my playlists are gone. I pressed sync and everything but no luck. This is 10 years of playlists I curated carefully and put pictures on them and everything. Please help me get them back.

I will NEVER forgive Apple music if these playlists are gone forever!!!!
