All-day events don't show on the calendar app on Mac

I use the Calendar app on my Mac and iPhone with iCloud. For some reason, all events show properly between both devices expect all-day events. There is no “display all-day events” setting on either device, so is this a bug?

I tested it for different calendars that, of course, are shown.
