I'm finding all of a sudden that when I make changes to my work calendar (MS Exchange) on my Mac, those changes are not reflected on my iOS devices, an iPhone and an iPad. Everything seems to be connected properly, and Exchange emails are arriving on all devices without any problem. I'm running Sonoma 14.1.1 and iOS 17.5.1. I'd be appreciative of any insights. Thank you.

Same issue for me, but my iPhone syncs with an Outlook Exchange, so not sure if my fix will help you too. My update had simply changed the iPhone default calendar off from the exchange. When I went to Settings>Calendar>Default Calendar and switched back the exchange calendar, it started syncing again (and I got back the Invitee line which had gone missing too). Good luck!
I just took a look on my Mac and saw that the default calendar was my personal Google calendar, so I switched it back to Exchange. Now I just hope that my Google calendar will continue to update. Thank you.
Try updating Sonoma to the latest version of 14.5.
