Apple declared my fairly new MacBook a catastrophic event and Apple Care Plus would cover nothing. I still have 16 months of Apple Care plus on my contract. I can not afford to buy another computer right now, still have 5 months to pay on the broken one. Does Apple return or prorate the cost of the coverage left on the contract?
I'm sorry but you haven't given us much information to evaluate and respond to. Since you seem to have a problem with Apple, it is Apple you should be dealing with directly. This is a forum for technical issues and we are not Apple.
