Why are Live captions not appearing on my MacBook Pro M3 with macOS Sonoma 14.5?

hi im sumanth im using macbook pro m3 since jan-24-2024,i had updated my mac to macos sonoma 14.5 even though i didnt get live captions,is there any reason for that?

or else that is only dedicated for meta users?
