How can I access Ludo Star Game subscription details without an invoice?

I have subscribed to Ludo Star Game app for monthly subscription. Already checked my credit card and it took the money. So I paid for it. My app store in history it showed that my subscription is Active. I went to the game app and checked i found that there is no subscription. I contacted the game support team and they requested invoice and ID of the order. But I can’t find it
