iTunes won't allow me to purchase or download
Everytime I try to buy something a iTunes it says it shut off but it won’t let me buy thing’s or download something I delete on accident

Per Apple, “If you see a message that says your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes Store, contact Apple Support for help.”
If that is the message being encountered, only a discussion directly with the people that work for Apple will resolve that.
If some other message or error, can you post that info?
