Confirm additional photos is no longer working for me. Any way to restart it?

Literally it's no longer recognizing pics of me and there are thousands of me already ID'd so it can't be that. And I clearly have a lot of new ones. I name a bunch manually so it can at least go "oh that one from five minutes before is you too right?" but it doesn't work. Is there some cache I need to clear? Some restore or rebuild? What's the solution here?
