in the iTunes Store on Windows 10 in the program section, apps purchasedvin the family, as well as devices that are associated with this iCloud, are not displayed
I wanted to download Minecraft from App store in iTunes on Windows 10, then I wanted to download it in iPad Air 2, the app was bought my another person in my family, but I havent seen the devices in our iCloud family, so I cant to download it,
