Inaccurate Photo Storage

So I have a ton of photos or used to have a ton 22,000 deleted some thousands at a time then it got annoying so I just did a big chunk of 16,000 and deleted them all from recently deleted them all then it stopped updating my storage for photos and I have 58 GB of photos that I don’t have and don’t want and I don’t know what to do.
