Getting error “You may lose access to refunded items”

a few months ago, I accidentally subscribed to the app «mojo» and my subscription was rejected because there were not enough money on the card, then I could not make any payments on the card until I added new payment method. now that I have updated the payment method, as a result, money for the subscription was charged, so then I wanted to make a refund on apple support and it is written there that “You may lose access to refunded items” .

What can i do to make a refund? There is no receipt for this money operation
