Very weak cell signal m1 versus m2?

Weak cell signal in very rural area, have iPad Air 5th gen 10.9 “with M1 chip, would the new iPad 11” with m2 chip be better connecting to a weak cell signal? My M1 chip uses up battery ofc connecting, so would the faster chip, m2 connect better to a weak cell signal, or no difference re that specific issue?

The iPad CPU will have absolutely no impact upon your ability to connect to a Cellular network.

While some Cellular chipsets may perform marginally better than others - or the iPad have its Cellular antennae positioned slightly differently leading to a slightly better or worse connection - you are unlikely to note significant difference in Cellular performance for the same Carrier by changing your iPad.

You might do better to consider switching to a different Cellular Carrier - as a different provider may have better coverage in your rural area. Most Cellular Carriers have a website that predict cellular coverage.
