Unable to update my iPhone even after buying storage space
why won’t it let me update my phone to nun of the new update and I payed for the storage?

If you bought storage, you may have thought you were increasing the storage on your iPhone, which is NOT possible. The only storage you can purchase is iCloud Storage, which ONLY lets you sync more data with iCloud. It cannot add memory to your iPhone at all.

If you need more space to update your iPhone, you need to delete things you don't need or use, such as apps, photos, music, files, messages, email, etc.
