FaceTime call failures on watchOS 10 and macOS 14

Every time I FaceTime on WatchOS 10 and MacOS 14 the call fails almost immediately. When I retry on WatchOS, it works fine, but on MacOS, it's more problematic as it always fails and FaceTime Video does not work. It does not ring the person I try to call and I have reset both of them 15 times now.
