activate iphone XR
iphone XR replaced used mother board,failed to activate.system need old owner apple id with password ? Please advice how to solved this issue

There is NO WAY you can EVER get the old owner's Apple ID or Password. Apple WILL NOT help you. If you replaced the motherboard with a used one, you totally wasted your money. Apple does NOT sell parts such as motherboards for iPhone at all. The phone is useless. Recycle it responsibly and buy a phone you can actually use.
