Refunded funds still not reflecting in my bank account
I asked for a refund and it says that the money has been refunded, but there is no money in my bank account

Actually what it says is, "Credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, and all other payment methods—It might take up to 30 days for the statement to show the refund." Note that it says "statement". I get a statement once per month, by mail. If you instead check your bank's daily records you may see a refund a lot sooner than waiting for a paper statement to roll by.
