How to troubleshoot iPhone reset all settings not working?

Hi Good Folks, I am trying to press Reset All settings to reset my iphone, but nothing happens. I tried to press it multiple times but its not doing anything. Im connected to wifi, verified that. I tried to restart my iphone then reset, but still nothing happens. Please help.
