How to stabilize Assistive Touch functionality on iPhone 8 Plus after updating to iOS 16.7.8

I’m using iphone 8 plus and after updating it to ios 16.7.8, my assistive touch keeps turning on and off randomly and relocating everytime. I have seen similar questions here and tried deselecting everything from Accessibility shortcut but still the problem doesn’t stop. Please need a different solution. Thank you

Does your iPhone 8 Plus still have its original battery?

And what's the Maximum Capacity % here?...

Settings > Battery > Battery Health & Charging
