Putting U.K. bus pass into Wallet

I’m looking for help please. Like a few others on here my Wallet settings are for China, Hong Kong and the U.S.

I have been into settings, changed location etcetera to U.K., turned off phone for a couple of minutes but, still cannot get the U.K.

Can anybody help please or do I have to trawl around looking for an Apple Store ?
