Apple Watch 7 silences incoming calls

Hello everyone

I have been using Apple Watch 7 for about a year and a half, I think a strange problem occurred with my watch with the watchOS 10 update.

My watch occasionally silences the ringtone of incoming calls.

I have tried everything I can to fix this problem and it doesn't work.

When I first sent my watch to the service, they said there was no problem, reinstalled the operating system and returned it to me.

The watch came to me and when I checked it I saw that this problem still persists. I sent the watch to the service for the second time and they sent me a new apple watch 7 but this problem still persists.

I am using iPhone 14, iOS 17.5.1

I learned that another friend of mine is also experiencing this problem. Is this a chronic problem or is it a software problem?

There is very little time left until the warranty period of my watch expires. Should I send it back for service for the third time?

Although this problem does not occur all the time, 3 or 4 out of 10 calls received during the day cause this problem.

Is this a software issue?

If another user is having similar issues, this might be software related, or are you both having the same provider?

In case you paired your watch again, using the latest backup, try to unpair it und set it up as a new Apple Watch when connecting it again to the iPhone.

If you want to set the iPhone back to factory settings, which will download and install a new iOS file, you should back up your iPhone before that, just to be sure. Also, unpairing the watch will create an Apple Watch backup inside your iPhone backup.

I haven't really paid attention to who's calling me. I'll keep an eye on this situation.

All callers are registered in my contacts.

I do not use the do not disturb feature which would block these calls.

I set the do not disturb feature to automatically activate at night. It is completely disabled in the early morning hours.

I don't use the cellular model.

I have never tried to completely reset my phone. Actually, a complete backup and reset might be helpful.

If there is a problem with the phone's software, it would be better to reset it without making a backup, right?
