How to report duplicate charges deducted by on game purchases?

I purchased items from games I play on my phone. The day I purchased the items Apple charged my card. I have receipts from Apple of the purchase on the original date made. There are nine charges I have already paid. On June14th, I was charged the total of these purchases again. I want my money back since I already paid for them once.
