Access to significant locations records

Anonymity and security —> location services —> system services —> significant locations: 

I can see that I have 212 records, but I can only see the latest one from Yesterday on the map 

Anyone know how to access these records

What is the purpose of the ‘Significant Locations’ reports? I was curious if I could use my iPhone location services feature to determine how many hours I’ve spent over a six month period at a specific work location, now as a feline ghost I’d like to be made to understand exactly why my iPhone shows 192 reports in the significant locations menu being stored on my device and/or in the “cloud” (that in reality is a network of underground bunkers full of data storage devices) that I’m unable to open or view… on the same screen I’m informed that that the reports are “end to end encrypted so that even Apple cannot access this information”. Can anyone explain in layman’s terms the purpose of tracking and storing my visited locations in a way that supposedly no entity can access it, and while you’re at it what or who exactly is on either end of the encryption protecting my privacy from me?

You can't access the list at all. The significant locations you can see are ONLY those you spend the most time, which for most people are Home and Work.

That is correct. You cannot access anything else. Security / Privacy decision made by Apple.
