Enable Optimized Battery Charging on your phone
Connect the phone to the power adapter at night and keep it connected all night.....every night.
Battery Health only declines......about 1% a month......there is no way to avoid this.
Replace the battery when it is down to 80%.
is it not gonna affect my battery health? also, recommend me the best charging method to avoid or somehow avoid losing battery health, pleasee
