I haven’t had Apple Music for a couple months but I just got it back I did everything made sure it was synced to my iCloud and everything made sure it was all on, restarted my phone but nothing still not there

My understanding is that if you stop subscribing to Apple Music, any playlists containing Apple Music subscription songs get deleted. (Presumably any playlists containing only purchased music are left alone.)
You stopped subscribing for a couple of months. So your playlists got deleted, and if you want them back, you will need to create them again.
How can I restore my lost Apple Music Playlists?
