I set up assistive access on my dad’s iPhone SE. Now I can’t get out of that mode because the keypad will not respond on the top line of numbers therefore I can’t enter the PIN code. Neither will the phone let me turn it off. It did run out of battery once but that didn’t reset anything.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
Verizon was no help at all.
The phone is only about 2 months old.

It's great that you are helping your dad with his phone!
Apple support's article Enter and exit Assistive Access on iPhone - Apple Support says:
"Exit Assistive Access
Triple-click the side button (on an iPhone with Face ID)
or the Home button (on other iPhone models),
tap Exit Assistive Access,
then enter the Assistive Access passcode".

Thanks. However, I can get to the screen to enter the passcode but it won’t work. The little circles that are supposed to fill in as you enter the code are on top of the numbers 1,2,3. And none of those numbers respond.
