Using the same Apple ID on both Mac and iPhone is far and away the easiest approach, otherwise you can only move your own purchased music and your own photos and your own content, and that move not entirely easily.
You can’t move subscriptions, apps, books, or otherwise.
If you can or are using the same Apple ID on both the Mac and the iPhone, then you can either use cable sync using Finder, or using iTunes sync or Apple Music.
