Snapchat camera isn’t working

I’m having trouble with my instagram and snap when I open snap it says I need camera access but I’ve already allowed the access as soon as I got the phone I’ve only had this phone for 5 months and it’s an iPhone 11, now every time I open snap it keeps saying the same thing I’ve gone to my settings looked at the camera in privacy setting it only says add clips and idk how to fix it and my insta isn’t letting me share my photos from my camera roll and it was just fine yesterday and now idk
