Friends activity not showing on phone or watch

My fitness app was showing my friends activity but now has stopped. I’ve deleted and. Re added friend (once accepted it shows her activity for that one day and then stops again) she can see mine though. I’ve done this several times and it’s the same result.

ive tried re setting watch and iPhone, repairing watch to iPhone.

ensuring all settings r on iCloud not google.

I’ve checked all settings to ensure they’re correct, but still nothing.
