How do I stop unwanted messages from appearing during calls on my iPhone 14 Pro Max?

While receiving calls there is a message on screen, which can not be cancelled.

I need to send by pressing SEND button two three times, after which it disappears.

I have tried to switch off the phone also but it is peersisting.

Any solutions please.
