My iPad iOS 5.1.1 iTunes and App Store is not connecting,Any time I tried it keeps saying cannot connect to iTunes

As described, you have an original first generation iPad. This iPad is long ago obsolete and unsupported.
Being a 32-bit device, there are now no available Apps for your iPad, any that were previously available having been withdrawn from the App Store. Many (if not all) associated services will be similarly unavailable, severely limiting the usefulness and utility of your iPad1.
It's time to replace your iPad with a much newer device.
