I activated the section "expired tickets" on my Apple Wallet but some of the tickets that now are expired are still shown in the "non-expired section" do you know if it is possible to move manually the expired tickets?

Tickets cannot be moved manually. The mobile app or website that the tickets were issued from control the tickets when they are in your Wallet. You will need to manually delete the passes/tickets or leave them until such time the issuer supports visibility/hiding of tickets.
