This is false It does NOT accelerate battery aging at all. In fact, it's recommended to charge your phone at night, with Optimized Battery Charging turned on and leave it charging, ALL night, EVERY night.

There is nothing wrong with charging your phone overnight. I have been doing that all the time. You cannot overcharge the phone.
