It is completely okay to charge your phone overnight. Most modern Apple devices have the ability to optimise charging to prevent unnecessary battery degradation.

Hello! I reccomend you do not charge your phone overnight. This is because it accelerstes battery aging. Battery aging is battery health. You can check your battery health by going into Settings > Battery > Battery Health & Charging. If you charge your ohone overnight, it will most likely overcharge, which is bad for the battery.

Hope this helps!

This is false It does NOT accelerate battery aging at all. In fact, it's recommended to charge your phone at night, with Optimized Battery Charging turned on and leave it charging, ALL night, EVERY night.
