Powerbeats Pro Connect or Share Audio Alert

Today I’ve started to get annoying modal dialog boxes every few minutes asking me to share audio or connect with a Powerbeats Pro. I have no idea who owns the device, I don’t own one. I am already listening to audio on my Airpods when getting this message. I need a way to stop this disruptive message. They pop in front of any app and prevent any other activity until I dispense with the message. This is not the type of behavior I expect from an Apple device.
