Connecting Mac to iPhone hotspot

Hello,

I'm struggling with connecting my Mac to my Personal hotspot. The problem is the following:

1. I go to Settings and turn on personal hotspot with wifi and bluetooth.
2. Then I turn on the wifi and bluetooth on my mac
3. The problems occurs, when I try to pair them via bluetooth, as it seems they cannot find each other.
4. That's why, I cannot see my hotspot network on my Mac and I cannot pair them in any way.

However, when I try with the iPhone of a friend there's no problem.

I recently changed my iPhone 13 with a 15 Pro and the issue keeps happening. My Mac is Air M1, for reference.

Can anyone help me, as this is becoming extremely annoying.
