Your post is a bit unclear. There is no Instagram app for the Apple Watch. I'm unfamiliar with "Lens". It sounds as if you're saying that you've linked your Instagram account to a third-party app, and Instagram has told you to stop or they will disable your account. So, if you don't want your account disabled, stop doing that.

This post was written quite unclearly, but from what I can understand your account has been warned for possibly using a third party software to run Instagram on your Apple Watch. In that case, it's probably not smart anyway to do that. You can receive messages from your iPhone on your Apple Watch too, including from Instagram, but using third-party apps for this is in that case that not a good idea. To turn on notifications for Instagram on Apple Watch, just turn them on for your phone and then link the notifications you get from your Apple Watch to those on your phone. This way you can read and answer DMs, and see other messages still.
