Passwords autofill order changed after iPhone reinstall

I just changed phones, same model. Since then I cannot figure out the order in which the iOS password manager autofills.

on my old phone it seemed that the password manager would autofill the most recently created or perhaps the most used username/login.

on the new phone/same image just backed up [having to reset some preferences but most things the dame] I cannot figure out how it prioritizes which password it offers me ‘first’

Possible other factor is family passwords. I just moved 22 shared accounts to our ‘family passwords’

does passsword autofill prioritize ‘my passwords’

for certain accounts I have a current family password and then an older individual account. I want both saved and would like the most recently used combination to fill first.

is this possible? I’m not sure if it seemed to work the way I wanted before the new image/phone or not.
