hardware information sent to intune

hello,

i have mac's managed by ABM with intune

i see the only key information missing from the hardware inventory is the chip model (Intel or M1)

is there a way to collect that information ?

MacBook Pro (M1, 2020)

On the device record in Intune, click the Hardware tab. There is an attribute called "Processor Architecture" and the value is "arM64" for M-class units and "x86-64" (I think) for Intel. This should be collected automatically during an inventory update.



Note, if you are using Jamf and setup Device Compliance, then the processor value is not shared as the new compliance evaluation is mostly done on the Jamf side via smart group.
