Improving dictation & controls for Monterey -- possible?

OK, I want to use the dictation function in MacOS. I'm stuck in MacOS 12.7.5 Monterey (Yes, I know it is old). Has any of the Wonderfull new stuff been able to filter back to OS 12.5.7? Is there an app that will do dictation? (I know Dragon is gone).

Mac Pro, macOS 12.7

Apple does not make any updated features in the current operating system retroactive to Monterey. There may be new dictation features released with Sequoia this Fall, and if your Mac Pro can upgrade, you should consider it.

Thanks. I sorta figured as much. And yes, an upgrade is called for.
