mailing an Apple Watch through USPS

I left my watch at a friend's house, who needs to mail it to me through USPS or FedEx. Any advice on how to package it to protect it from damage?

where do i send old watch back to? I received my replacement watch - but can't find instructions to send old one back. Where do I send it?

I would consult the shipper and ask them to package and ship the item. Not sure if USPS offers a packaging service, but maybe you can consult their website or you or your friend ask a postmaster at your local post office.
