Videos taken with ipad are not in focus when played on a Windows 11 machine

So Ive made some vidoes on my iPad in HD and 4k and none of them will play on my windows machine in focus. They are in focus on my iPad and the first frame on my windows machine is in focus but after that they are out of focus. Never used to play like that.
