Making a membership directory with pictures.

I am trying to put together a membership directory with pictures that needs updating multiple times a year. I want to get it so that when I add a member it automatically flows all the other entries forward (including the pictures. I tired grouping each name, address and pic in separate text block but that will not flow even through I linked the pages. Tried as a table but couldn't get that to work past the first page. HELP! I don't know of any way to do this in Pages, but Numbers might be able to do what you want. In Numbers, start a new document (File/New, or command-n), go to Personal and select Team Organization. I think that's the most likely one. You can manipulate the template pretty much how you like, add photos, and delete or add other sheets. Also, you can sort it whenever you want, using multiple columns (first by family name, then by given name, for example). Printing spreadsheets always takes some tinkering, but it's usually possible to get it the way you want it. I was able to print this test document and it came out well.
