All Tabs in Safari lost

Hi, just opened safari and I realized all my Tabs are gone :( I had ca. 100 of them I want them back! I have the latest iOS, iCloud for Safari is on. I also cannot find them in history, so I guess they weren’t closed but somehow disappeared. The only thing that may have some correlation is that I almost get my stotrage full. Is there any chance to recover?
