Browsers Crashing (Along With Other Apps)

My browsers keep randomly crashing, including Safari, Firefox, Edge, and Chrome. Random times, but esp when doing a search. Even the EtreCheck engine crashed when I tried to buy the upgrade, multiple times. I have done a clean install of Sonoma and multiple restarts. Any help is appreciated. Here's my report:
