Watch is frozen on clock face. Wheel and side buttons don't work
I tried restarting it but I couldn't get a slide bar on the watch. I tried putting it charger and entering password. Nothing

Did you try to force restart by pressing and holding the Digital Crown and the Side button together for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again?
