Number 1 on keypad not working when I have to chose if I’m on the phonr
When on a phone call, and I’m asked to chose a number to get the suitable department I want - when I press no’ 1 if doesn’t work. It’s been happening a lot !
iPhone 6s, iOS 15
Questions: Does this happen ONLY with the number 1 on the keypad? Does pressing the other numbers send the right tone from the iPhone?
