Suddenly unable to make In-App purchases
Today I suddenly can not make any in-App purchases in my two games apps ‘SimCity: Build it’ & ‘Jigsaw Puzzle from Mobilityware’ I have been playing these games for years and never had any trouble making in-app purchases, until today. Suddenly i get the following responses:
SimCity: “Sorry your purchase has not been completed. Please check your network connection. Make sure you are connected to a cellular data or wi-fi connection”
Jigsaw Puzzle: “in-app purchases are disabled, please log into a valid iTunes account to purchase items”
The trouble is that I am never disconnected from a wi-fi network, otherwise I would not be able to post this message. And I have never tried to change my iTunes account or even adjusted the settings. My iTunes account is still the same as always.
Both of these apps were downloaded from the app store and have been working perfectly for years. I don’t know what is going on.
